Thinking About Thinking – Part 1

Bloged in Self Improvement Hub by Admin Thursday February 26, 2009 at about 7:50 pm

How to Think Your Way to Working Smarter.

How much time do you spend just thinking? Take a guess – how much during any given day, week or month? I’m don’t mean the kind of thinking you do while driving in your car, commuting on the train, during your morning run, or even in the shower. I’m referring to the kind of thinking you do ensconced in your office, or your den, or perhaps your garden. You are not reading a book or a magazine, nor watching TV, nor listening to music. You are simply thinking.

How much time do you spend doing that? Most of you will answer little to none. Many people consider spending time “just thinking” to be a luxury. After all, you have real problems – customers, employees, investors – all wanting some of your time, all wanting you to do something. And in our action driven society, we need to be doing something – much of the time we seem to be doing two or three things at once. But thinking?

It seems silly to rhetorically ask why this is so important. Thinking is the process by which companies and people create intellectual capital and knowledge. Thinking is the way we actively develop new ideas, rather than reacting to our current circumstances. Thinking is how we invent strategy. Thinking is one of the hardest things there is for people to do, let alone do well. But to figure out how to make the most of your precious resources, to leap ahead of your competition, and to master the ever-accelerating pace of change, you have no choice. You have to think about things.

There seem to be two broad categories of thinking. One category consists of free-form activities like daydreaming and meditating, and I will address these in a later column. The second category includes the disciplined process of asking questions and trying to answer them. This is the practical side of thinking and is the perspective of this article. Does it make sense to write a brief article about thinking? Not a learned, academic treatise on cognitive science – but a short pragmatic missive, practical and prescriptive. I think so. I think clarifying the concept of thinking gives people a way – a process – and perhaps provides greater access to thinking.

When I think about the issue of thinking, what am I really doing? I am asking a question – I actually say to myself – “what is thinking?” I might further ask, “what does my mind do when I try to think?” Or maybe, “How can I think without asking a question?” And so on. I don’t get very far with all of this, because no matter how I try to direct my thoughts, I discover that I am always asking a question. Every single time.

This would be hard enough if all there was to it was asking good questions. But for the process to be of real value, I have to consider answering the questions as well. Or at least I have to consider possible answers. So my simple definition of thinking is: asking questions and considering possible answers.

Why don’t I just say answering questions rather than considering possible answers? Because generating definitive, single-pointed answers is only one kind of thinking. The second, perhaps more powerful kind of thinking – particularly in the realm of strategy – is known as inquiry. In the process of inquiry, you ask questions and look at possible answers. Your goal is not a definitive answer, for that would bring the inquiry to a close. Rather you peel back the question, like the leaves of an artichoke, revealing more questions, and more possible answers, and so on. At some point, you get to the heart of the matter, just as you get to the heart of the artichoke.

To think about an issue, focus your mind by asking one or more germane questions. Each question should be designed to elicit a response driving your mind in a particular direction. You can ask questions serially, answering each in turn, or stack your questions one on top of another, attempting to answer the whole lot of them at once when the time is right. Sometimes your answers will give birth to more questions. Even your unanswered questions will sometimes yield more questions.

When do you cease asking questions? When you have thought the thing through – when you have developed sufficient ideas that profoundly illuminate your original question.

There are other criteria for stopping your questioning. You might decide to inquire into an issue for a fixed period of time, say thirty minutes, or seven days. Or, you might ask a question with the intent of coming up with fifteen or twenty new and provocative answers. You might decide to keep asking questions until your answers yield no further questions, or until your questions yield no further answers. You might not decide any of these things and simply stop when it feels right – when you feel you have the “right” answer. Or you might not stop at all, instead engaging in the question continually.

Then there is the issue of answers. I’ve always liked those 8-Ball fortune geegaws which offer the same answers no matter the question. But what distinguishes thinking from mere questioning is developing answers authentically and responsibly. I think it is the commitment to come up with a useful answer, rather than saying “I don’t know” or simply trotting out some time-worn old bit you know will fit, but not really add anything.

Many times you have no idea as to what an answer might be. What do you do then? One of my favorite perspectives is, “Well if you did know the answer, what would it be?” Another useful perspective is to simply invent an answer. Make one up and see if it fits. Trust your subconscious. Access all of your stored knowledge and experience – it just might come through for you. I think that is thinking.

What kind of questions should you ask? I have no idea, but it’s a good question. Since I am unable to answer it, I have decided instead to offer 16 questions about strategic direction. I think these questions are worth asking. Please substitute we for I, our for my, my company for I and me, as appropriate.

What is my purpose?

What do I want (to be, to do, to have) that I do not already (be, do, have)?

What am I thinking is the real thing, when “the real thing” is simply substituting for something that can really make a difference?

In what ways am I being effective? In what ways am I not being effective?

What isn’t getting done that needs to get done?

What doesn’t exist in our market, which people want, and we could deliver?

What other ways would people like to get what we give them?

What are we doing that we want to stop doing?

What would make us happy?

What did I forget?

When will we be ready?

How hard are we willing to try to make it easy?

What aren’t we taking on because we don’t think we know how?

What is the most important thing, right now? What will be the most important thing next month?

Who could help us?

Where are we looking for answers, and where not?

I hope these questions get you thinking.

Map to a Gold Mine – Could You, Would You?

Bloged in Self Improvement Hub by Admin Wednesday February 25, 2009 at about 11:59 pm

If a total stranger came up to you and said: “I’ve got a map”, what would you think?

Would you be intrigued or would you think he was nuts? What if he added: “It’s a map to a gold mine.” Would that get you interested?

What if he said: “I’ll sell you the map.”

There are many unknown quantities in the above scenario. In other words, there are a number of things that you need to know about the man and his map. Here are some considerations:

  • who is this man?
  • does he have credibility?
  • why is he offering you his map?
  • does the mine still contain gold?
  • who else has he offered his map to?

These are just some questions you might ask about the man, his map and the gold mine.

But let’s assume that the man, the map and his gold mine are genuine. What else would you need to know?

  • where is the mine located?
  • how difficult will it be to extract the gold?

Let’s also assume that the mine is able to be accessed and the extraction process is not cost prohibitive. When you have ascertained that everything is genuine, what would be your next question?

  • how much does the map cost?

Let’s now assume that the map is affordable. Just for instance let us say that the map will cost you $20,000. If you knew you could mine the gold, recoup your money and start making a profit, would you pay the man his $20,000 asking price?

In the back of your mind is there a little voice saying “where’s the catch?” Of course there is. However, let’s also assume that there is no catch. What would be the only thing holding you back from taking advantage of this fantastic offer?

There is only one part of the equation missing. It’s you. Can you make the process work? What do you need to do to mine the gold?

What do you need to know about yourself? If you had the map, could you do anything with it? Would you do anything with it? Would you be prepared to pay the man for his map? Would you be prepared to part with the $20,000 for the map? Is the price too high for you? What if it was $10,000, or $5,000 or $2,500?

On the other hand, would you deny yourself the opportunity because you were concerned that you were giving the man money for just a piece of paper with a few lines and directions on it.

The question I really want you to think about is this – how much are you prepared to pay in time, money and effort for information that can enable you to improve your life?

Studying subjects such as motivation, self esteem and personal development could be just the map you need to find your very own gold mine.

The Power of Self Evaluation

Bloged in Self Improvement Hub by Admin Monday February 23, 2009 at about 11:40 am

It has always interested me that pschologists, and many other great thinkers from all times state that we only use 10% of our brains full potential. Now if you think about it this is a frightening fact. Think about all the people on Earth today that have hopes, dreams ,goals and victories that never get fulfilled. And wonder if everybody operated to their full potential would anybody live a life of uncertainty, poverty, depression and all the other ills that make peoples everyday life a struggle. Think about the 90% of untapped potential within your own mind and imagine what you could give to the world and to yourself if you were just to release a further 10%. That would double your current production.

Now that in itself is a very powerfull thought. If we were to some how find ways of gaining more of our brains potential power what could you do with it? Ask yourselves the question, What in your life would be different if your performance in all aspects of your life were improved by twice the amount that it is now?

Many people who hear these statements think that there is nothing we can do to utilize any more of our potential and that we are just born with our restrictive 10%. Well that has to be completely wrong! Its plainly obvious that different people perform better or worse than others in all our various human skills .

Its starting to become clear to me that that we are only limited by ourselves, and the untouched part of our life does not have to remain inactive . We can begin to use more of the God given potential we have if we are willing to learn and utilize a few home truths. Why are we the way we are? Has anybody asked themselves this? I certainly hadn’t untill recently.

During each waking hour our actions and statements reflect the way we feel about ourselves, this is whats known as our Self Image. This is very important to the way we perform and if we have a bad self image we are obviously not going to function to our full potential.

Before I go any further I want you to understand that I am not claiming to be a psychologist or an excellent personal developement trainer, I am just interested in this subject and have read many theories on how to combat the power of our self evaluating image if negative. Have you ever really examined the way you feel about yourself, why you feel that way, and would you want to feel any different? Is it really that important? Well, you could argue that it isnt if you are satisfied with everything you do. But if you want to chage your life, actions, acomplishments and future, learning about your self image is vital.

As maturing individuals, we take our self-images and whether we know it or not shape our whole lives around it, we become a product of our own self evaluation. This happens because our subconscious mind, the 90% we dont control ,accepts what our conscious mind is telling it. Therefore creating the outcome that we have already given to ourselves.

Now try to stay with me here! Because of this it is of enormous benefit to us all that we can use our conscious mind to improve our 90% of untapped potential just by mentally “seeing” ourselves doing what we want to be doing. Now this isnt just goal setting, we’ve all heard the self help experts bang on about setting goals to achieve greater potential but in reality thats just half of the equation.

What I have been trying to do lately is to revaluate my self image in order for my sub conscious mind to act apon what my self image is creating. With the hope that the outcome will be unleashed potential that I’d only dreamed about before becoming reality. I must say that it does not take much time to notice a diferance especially in your overall well being. feeling good about yourself can only help achieve much more.

Its obvious really isn’t it ! But I bet most of you out there would benefit from the following Self-Evaluation exercise.

This is a generalisation that you can fit into any area of your life whether it be personal, work related or other. I have personally found it to benefit my home business life because the success of that boils down to you alone, there is no-one to back you up.

Ask yourself these questions:

1.If I could have any job or posotion, what would it be?

2.If I could live my life again, what changes would I make?

3.What has been my greatest achievement in life and what was it that got me there?

4.What are my greatest strengths?

5. Are my weaknesses fixable, are they just an image I have created?

6.What has been my greatest disapointment?

7.What will make me actually achieve more success?

8. What is my main goal or purpose at this time?

Answer these as honestly as you can , think about the answers carefully and this will help you start using that untouched potential. Results will come quickly if your self image is improved.

I am going to leave you now on those thoughts, thanks for reading

Lose Weight The Natural Way While You Sleep

Bloged in Templates Stuff by Admin Sunday February 22, 2009 at about 10:58 pm

You probably didn’t know it, but one of the best times to lose weight is while you sleep. That’s because the human body is designed by nature to repair itself during the hours we are sleeping.

Our bodies use sleep to repair and strengthen our muscles, joints and other parts that get tired and damaged through use and exertion during waking hours.

This restorative process uses energy to rebuild lean muscle mass and to help rebuild other kinds of body tissue. That is worth repeating — this rebuilding process uses energy — and if the rebuilding process is running smoothly and efficiently, that energy comes from places in our body where energy is stored — from fat.

In other words, the body rebuilds tissue, organs, bone, and lean muscle by burning fat.

Several things about this process are worth noting. They have an important bearing on how efficiently it works.

**Collagen is very important to the body repair process

Collagen is the most common protein found in our bodies. It is the main component of our skin, nails, bones, cartilage, and connective tissue and is found in all of the body organs. Cartilage is the cushion and shock absorber between joints, and the reason we stay flexible and mobile. Healthy cartilage is constantly being regenerated by the body naturally and this process contributes to keeping us youthful and flexible.

As we age, our bodies lose the ability to produce collagen at sufficient levels needed to support the deep restorative sleep processes that our bodies are designed to perform. This can be a major contributor that leads to a premature aged appearance and can definitely affect our flexibility and mobility. It stands to reason that a collagen supplement combined with other natural ingredients can have a dramatic effect in better supporting the deep restorative sleep process. This in turn can allow the body to experience more energy, build more lean muscle, and burn more fat.

**Amino acids enhance the regeneration process

The rebuilding process is also influenced by the efficiency of the amino acids normally used for this purpose. As part of the rebuilding process, amino acids help maintain lean muscle mass and allow the body to more readily consume fat for energy. This contributes to weight loss.

Again, as we age, our body’s production of efficient amino acids is reduced. A supplement such as L-Carnitine is a special amino acid that enhances the body’s normal function and helps your body convert excess fat into readily available fuel. During deep sleep, these special amino acids work like a natural “turbo charger” to help your body repair, preserve and build lean muscle while burning stored fat to supply the needed energy.

**Not eating before sleeping is important

Since the body uses deep sleep for the restoration process, it is important when using a collagen supplement not to eat three hours before going asleep. This is because we don’t want nutrient competitiion between undigested food and the collagen supplement special nutrient formula itself. If the body has to concern itself with digestion it will not absorb the collagen formula properly. Therefore your body will not be performing its natural restorative process while you sleep, but rather will be concerned with undigested foods and will actually be storing fat from the continuing digestive process rather than burning fat as the energy for the deep sleep restorative process.

This tends to put us into a “diet circle of frustration”. The less time your body spends in deep restful sleep (without competing digestion), the less time it has to restore its natural health, and the less fat that is burned in support of this natural rebuilding process. Now we understand the key connection between deep restorative sleep and weight loss many times goes hand in hand with our overall health.

Reducing or eliminating the intake of food three hours before bedtime allows the body to use its natural fat reserves for metabolic fuel during the deep restorative sleep cycle.

**Collagen weight loss program build on this process

A natural collagen product such as Lose and Snooze enables this natural process to once again help people lose weight. Lose and Snooze consists of a blend of Collagen, L-Carnitine and Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera). The Collagen contributes to a more youthful appearance, greater flexibility, and all round mobility and strength.

In addition to all of this, most importantly, Collagen allows the deep sleep necessary to enable your body’s natural metabolic functions to occur, like when we were children. L-Carnitine promotes the burning of fat in support of the natural rebuilding, restorative process that occurs during deep sleep. The Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) contains numerous nutrients and amino acids that help create a healthy environment in support of your body’s own ability to create its own collagen, in addition to the remarkable Lose and Snooze formula itself.

Thousands of satisfied users of the collagen weight loss program have reported that using the liquid formula in combination with an empty stomach before bedtime, has been beneficial to their health and has helped them naturally lose weight.

And because the collagen weight loss program only helps lose excess fat (while rebuilding muscle), it can be used by anybody — not just people wanting to lose weight. It has also been beneficial to folks who want to enjoy better sleep, build lean muscle, improve their appearance and to reshape their body while maintaining their proper healthy weight.

Buying Business Cover Is Totally Essential to the Longevity of Your Organisation

Bloged in Insurance Agencies by Admin Sunday February 22, 2009 at about 10:33 pm

There is no question the fact that the triumph of a company in the end depends on the work done by the workers, yet one disaster can swiftly wipe out all your hard work and lower the profits to zero. Thus, to steer clear of such an occasion, you ought to insure your firm, whether it is a small business or a big corporation. Though, please consider that smaller organisations are much more likely to need business insurance in today’s harsh world. This is preliminary because smaller organisation owners will have placed their complete lives and earnings straight into the firm. Safeguard your company with business insurance online.

Some of the topics commonly protected by nearly every business insurance covers entail: natural catastrophes, volcanoes, mechanism or apparatus defect that closes the firm, loss of revenue because of employee error and litigation brought against the company.

There are hordes of insurance companies, which have policies that include protection for all important property and liability risks in one single package. You can also acquire a separate cover. Such a policy cover is often labelled as a business owners’ policy (BOP). Big companies might procure a business-related policy cover.

BOPs comprise of office insurance for property and gear belonging to the organisation. If there is any loss of profits attributed to disruption of systems and trade because of tragedies such as hurricanes, it can be insured under the Business Interruption Insurance.

There are a choice of liabilities, which protects the firm’s legal responsibility for the harm it may well inflict to others. It is the effect your organisation’s failure to do the business operations. It can as well be the physical injury or property damage caused because of imperfect products, faulty installations & blunders in services provided.

However, BOPs do not cover against professional liability, car insurance, employees’ costs or health and disability insurance. With this in mind, separate policies are necessary for professional services, motor vehicles and workers. Usually, floods, earthquakes & terrorist attacks are not covered in the business insurance. Better Prostatic Well-being the Natural Way

Bloged in Health, Medical Parlor by Admin Saturday February 21, 2009 at about 5:12 pm

BPH, or benign prostate hyperplasia, is a medical term for a swollen prostate gland. In simple terms this actually means that the prostate gland, a gland the size of a walnut located just beneath the bladder and wrapping the urethra, grows bigger and this can impair and stop the flow of urine. As males age, the prostate enlarges and as a result can engender complaints such as trouble in urination, a weakened flow, and even the holding of residual urine within the bladder. Nighttime frequency and repeated urinary tract inflammation are additional problems which can arise due to prostatic swelling.

Swollen Prostate – What Does that Mean? Males in their 60’s frequently develop prostatic enlargement. Recommendations are that males over the age of 50 are tested by their personal physicians on an annual basis, even should no problems seem to be present, for the maintenance of prostate gland health. Inability to pass water or blood is detected whilst passing water is a sign to look for medical intervention directly. Orthodox therapies for Benign Prostate Hyperplasia can include surgery and the use of drugs. Unfortunately, surgery may lead to more symptoms such as sexual problems or even loss of bladder control. Hypertension treatments and drugs to reduce the enlarged prostate gland may also be suggested to improve prostate function, but medicines frequently have undesirable side effects. What more holistic alternatives are available?

To promote better prostate function and also avoid the problems brought on by prostate gland enlargement, several treatments are indicated. Swelling is significantly eased by Afican pygeum, offering ease from the more disagreeable symptoms. The treatment African Pygeum has been used on a regular basis for a number of years in Europe as a treatment for improved prostatic health, it is produced by a plant native to Africa. Dietary factors for example decreasing the intake of fat can help, so will excercising more frequently, a higher frequency of ejaculations may relieve pressure in the prostate gland, and avoiding periods of extended sitting. Prostate Gland associated problems may be exacerbated by utilizing anti-histamines and decongestant medicines bought without prescription, take these with care. Additional recommendations also include not having anything to drink near retiring for the night to cut down on trips to the bathroom overnight, and keeping down alcoholic drinks and coffee intake may also prove beneficial. There’s also plenty of further holistic treatments used to improve prostate gland function — these include saw palmetto, Borago officinalis oil capsules, the chemical element selenium, and lycopene, which can be extracted from tomatoes. Before starting any holistic treatment plan please talk over your intention with your doctor.

Satellite Poker Tournaments

Bloged in Funny Farm, Games, World Of Gambling by Admin Friday February 20, 2009 at about 12:13 pm

Online poker sites offer great ways to exponentially increase your bankroll with little initial investment required. The best example of this is their offering of satellite tournaments, which allow you to win the buy in to a larger tournament by investing only a smaller percentage of the actual buy in. This essentially allows you to play in a tournament that your opponents may have paid many times more for than you did, which allows you to play more comfortably than you otherwise would at that buy in level. Also, there is an obvious financial advantage of a potentially much larger return on your investment.

The most famous example in recent times of a satellite tournament winner is Chris Moneymaker, who won a 40 dollar satellite into the 2003 World Series of Poker, and then won the poker tournament for 2.5 million dollars. Playing a large 10 thousand dollar buy in tournament after investing only a small fraction of the true buy in basically put Moneymaker on a free roll. He could make plays with essentially no risk, and although he certainly felt the pressure, when he was heads up with Sammy Farha he did state that “I got in on a 40 dollar satellite, anything after this is just profit.” Runner up in the 2005 World Series Steve Dannenmann had a similar story after satelliting into the World Series from his home game. The resounding message pertaining to satellites is they are a great way to take a shot at a large payout with little initial investment.

Online poker sites offer satellites into live events, and also into larger online tournaments. You can often use player points to buy into satellites, or just a few dollars. From there, if you defeat your satellite field, you have a shot in the real tournament and essentially free roll for a large payout. Satellites are a very real way to make a large amount of money in a short period of time with a small initial investment.

Data Compression For All

Bloged in Software Stuff by Admin Thursday February 19, 2009 at about 10:04 am

Anyone who has seen the movie’ Honey I shrunk the kids’ can imagine how useful compression can be. Compression, which has become anonymous with Zip files work
off the same idea only with a (add your joke here)’slightly’ different technology.
You will find a lot of data compression programs in use today and some are easier and have better features than others, so in this article I will talk about compression in general, but may through in a couple of examples for comparison.

The first thing you need to know is that there can be more than one compressed file; you can have an archive (a multiple of files). The main benefit of this is that the user can:

*Save valuable disk space

*Can send and receive files on the internet quicker

*Speeds up your processor

*Depending on the file compression program can reduce files as much as 90%

The user should also be aware that files can only be opened with the original compression program that compressed it. Think of this as a form of protection, if you will since this is like an encrypted file or archive. Adding a password is another way to insure files are safe from prying eyes and some compression programs let you do this at any level of compression or decompression with the associated commands (update, move, feshien, add). Only individual files can be password protected not whole archives.

Ever since the first personal computers (PC’s) came about people found how easy it is to load up there drives with programs and downloads that eat up much of there memory. That’s why developers created data compression programs in the first place, to free up hard drive space and increase processor speed.

There are a lot of data compression programs and they are not exactly alike because they use different data compression algorithms. One popular program, for example looks for repeating words or phrases and assigns them there own character or number value.

A lot of users don’t fully understand the more advanced features of their data compression programs so they are not really getting there full value. Syntax command lines are a good example of this confusion. There are four basic commands in syntax (the shape of a command line);

*Command: The task to be preformed like add, delete or update.

*Archive: the name of the archive.

*Switch or Option: lets user specify a file option like adding file directories for compression.

*File: name of file(s) to be processed.

A user can compress files four basic ways:

*Add files to archive – old files with same name are overwritten.

*Move files to archive – upon compression old files are deleted.

*Update files – makes sure you have the most recent file version.

*Freshen files – almost like update, seeks out the last modified file and adds it to archive.

The above commands have there basic functions but can do other things. Ex. the update & add commands can create and compress files and the Freshen command can create a new archive.

There are only a couple of data compression programs out there that give the user more than one compression method – PKZIP AND ARJ.

PKZIP has what they call an imploding method and a shrinking method; without going into great detail imploding uses less memory (90k), and is very through. This is the default setting. Shrinking is fast but uses a bit more memory (128k), works great for smaller files.

ARJ gives the user more options for data compression. It uses multiple settings (m1 to m4),
This is a tradeoff of prosessing speed versus packing dentisy. There are 2 more options available here but test runs show no significant change in time or compression.
Even with experienced compression users, extracting compressed files with a newer version of a data compression program may prove difficult, so programmers created self extracting files (SFX) to enable beginners to easily use compressed files. This small program may be part of the original program or added after as a separate program.

I realize some of this may sound confusing and for that I apologize, and after all, people will compresses data using only the basic functions and be happy and content because it suits there present needs. In conclusion you can tell there are many options available when using any data compression program and it is well worth the time (got time on the week end?) and effort to learn some of the advanced features if you want to save some serious space on your hard drive.

A lot of times many of us end up standing in front of our ice boxes not knowing what to make for dinner. We end up debating and debating. This wastes precious time and energy. Your best bet, plan out dinner a week at a time.

It is best to start on a Saturday, the end of a week and the beginning of a new week. Take a look at what you already have on hand, this will help you to also determine what you will need while planning out dinners.

Grab your cook books. This is a great time to try something new when you are cooking. There are so many great recipes that many of us have accumulated and never try. Why not break the cycle and go for it. You will be surprised at how easy many recipes actually are.

When choosing your meals, you want to choose your entree, at least 2 side dishes; these should be a vegetable and a starch. A good balance is a great way to feel full and keep your body happy in the evening. Here is an example for you:

Entree- Barbeque chicken

Sides- Mashed potatoes and steamed corn.

If you wanted to add in a dessert you can. Some find it easier to make the dessert a fruit. That way they can fill in on the fruit they may have missed during the day. This is a great way to get your extra needed fiber in your diet.

A great and simple dessert; fruit salad. All you need is strawberries (if available), grapes, apples, pineapple (you can used canned chunks, just drain off the juice). Cut up the strawberries and apples into bite sized pieces, toss in the grapes whole and then the chunks of pineapple mix together and you are done.

Some people like to take this weekly cooking as a way, to cook one main entree and use it for the entire week. This is great! Here is an example if you choose to do so.

1) Bake a whole chicken on Sunday

2) Monday, make a chicken salad, you need about 1/4 pound of chicken, celery, onion, dried cranberries, mayo, salt and pepper for taste. Chop everything into small pieces place in a bowl, add in mayo and spices mix together and chill. Top on some nice rolls, have a side of chips, some veggie sticks and fruit, you have a complete meal

3) Tuesay, chicken spaghetti.

4) Wednesay chicken tacos

5) Thursday chicken soup

6) Friday left over night

7) Saturday casserole night

Have fun planning out your dinners. It is always best to set one night during the week to be a left overs night, this helps to keep your food waste down, if you are like many, you probably also take left overs for lunch to work, this is another great way to keep waste down.
